Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The room was beautiful and very large, but it was literally falling to pieces in some areas. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Leo the chef who made our nights enjoyable, yet there were a few things in the room that needed fixing. The location was exactly what we wanted for a remote resting experience, but it was quite far from the city center and beaches. The dining experience was nice, but the presence of flies was a bit bothersome. Overall, a stay with good aspects and some areas that could be improved.
Staying at this hotel was a unique experience. The biggest suite was very large and the bed was extremely comfortable, making my stay enjoyable. Even though the hotel is away from town, it's a positive advantage as it's in a quiet and lovely place not far away from San Luis. The service was exceptional, with nightly dinner preparations and a super nice staff that goes above and beyond to assist guests. The dining experience was lovely, offering a menu with a variety of options, although the presence of flies was a bit of an inconvenience. The hotel provides a great home base to explore the south side and central parts of the island.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the bathtub is just fantastic. The service provided by the super friendly staff was top-notch; however, the management presence could be more noticeable. The location, though not right in the city center, is perfect as a base to explore different parts of the island. The dining experience, while pleasant, was slightly marred by pesky flies. Overall, a great value for the price paid.
